Talkin’ ‘bout a revolution

We have to stop doing ‘ordinary,’ QUO CEO David Keen proclaimed to HICAP delegates in 2014. “Predictable hotels are no longer desirable.”

Telecoms, computer technology, industrial design – big industries had seen big changes over the preceding 25 years. The hotel industry must surely be on the “brink of revolution”.

Fast-forward four years and we’re still waiting for real ‘disruption’. To reprise the call for innovation, David will revisit the topic in this THINC Talk: The State of the ‘Brand Revolution’ at the Tourism, Hotel Investment & Networking Conference (THINC INNOVATE 2018). Taking place from 23-24 May at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, the conference will bring together the region’s key “decision-makers and senior executives in the tourism and hospitality industry.”

To get you fired up for change, here’s David’s HICAP speech from 2014.
